In 2001 Danielle was in an accident where she fell out of a slowly moving car and broke a few metatarsals in her right foot. She healed well and continued to dance and perform for some time. Two years later the injury resurfaced when she was unable to rise up from a stretching position and had to be taken to the ER where she was informed that she had two disc protrusions and sciatica. As part of her recovery she discovered Pilates and the benefits and strengths of the method.

She has taught in Montreal, Cairo, Abu Dhabi and is currently Dubai-based. Through her time in Dubai she has aimed to elevate body awareness in a manner customized to each individual’s needs through a safe and effective smart-workout where attention to detail is key.

At the age of 21 he setup ‘Draw a Smile’ in his homeland of Egypt to help vulnerable children. Since coming to the UAE 3 years ago Ahmed has been volunteering in countless initiatives across the UAE to make an Impact. In 2020 Ahmed initiated his #Eid2EidChallenge to run 5kms a day for 67 days to support Al Jalila Foundations's paediatric program which provides life-saving treatments, funds cutting edge research and offers hope to countless children and their families. Together with MonViso Ahmed raised 22,000+ AED.

But it also led to choosing my profession, as I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education & Sports, with Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Along with that, I have also become a CrossFit coach and currently, a rehab coach. Being in sports my whole life made me very competitive, therefore I always aim to challenge myself in various ways. In 2020 I broke a world record of 24h on a Ski Erg machine and in 2021, during Dubai Fitness Challenge, world record in 32 days of 32 indoor marathon rowings. I’m also a part of the Dragon boat team, with whom we were able to win the 3rd place in the World Dragon Boat Championship in Florida, in 2022. Helping other people get better at life fuels me and drives me forward.

Chris, Roy and Ian started RaceME many years ago when there were no organised triathlons in Dubai. Sadly Roy is no longer with us however his ambition and beliefs continue within RaceME & Tri Dubai to provide a safe environment for people to train & compete locally. Today Chris and Paul are responsible for RaceME which hosts six of the most popular triathlons in the UAE, including the acclaimed Dubai International Triathlon (DIT) which welcomes athletes from all over the world. RaceME has been growing over the last seven years and is now the leading sports event company in the Middle East.

Chiara Seidenader is half Italian and half Austrian, and it’s over 11 years that she has worked with passion in the field of fitness, nutrition and wellness. One of Sven’s immense assets is his masters in Engineering and Project Management as PhD. He is an internationally approved trainer for nutrition, fitness and bodybuilding. Based on his qualifications he is booked as a consultant worldwide for new healthy bakery products and concepts to show bread is not only super food – it is one solution to feed humans in the world in the future.

Sarah has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and prior to her current role as Food and Beverage Lecturer at Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, she led the Food and Beverage Training for Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, The Palm in Dubai. All luxury hotels and restaurant settings boasting elegance, style and sophistication are environments where Sarah has learned the foundations of her own unique and individual professionalism, creating her trademark.

Her career background is based on her passion for fine wine, as she spent 7 years working as a Sommelier for luxury brands like Fairmont, Waldorf Astoria, and Emaar. Along with Sarah’s career performance, the recognition of being presented the prestigious title of“ Sommelier of the Year 2013” by The Caterer Middle East, allowed Sarah to claim her place as one of the industry’s finest. 

Stepheny Kassouf is a certified yoga teacher, an expert in marketing & communications, an entrepreneur and founder of volunteering and adoption initiatives.

With almost 10 years of yoga experience, Stepheny aims to help her students find the inner strength, awareness, and peace needed to regain self-confidence, on and off the mat.

Shobhika Kalra is the founder and CEO of Wings Of Angelz - A NGO that empowers and enables people of determination. Despite Shobhika being wheel chair bound due to a degenerative disorder that she was detected with at the age of 13, this hasn’t stopped her from pursuing her ambition.

Through Wings of Angelz, the team has currently built over 1000 wheelchairs in Dubai as of now. Shobhika has also been awarded several recognitions for her work such as She the Change - Udhyami award at Pravasi Bharatiya Divas attended by Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, Filmfare Social Changemaker of the Year 2020 and many others.

Coach Dan is a multi awarded and Multi Certified Fitness professional with 27 years of experience in the Fitness Industry, winning both national and international competitions in bodybuilding, also chosen as one of the BEST PERSONAL TRAINER in UAE by REPS UAE. He recently fell in love with cycling and endurance sports believing that “Looking Good Is Not Enough!”

Coach Dan formed LifeSpark Cycling in July 2020 to connect passionate cyclists in UAE, with the interests of improving their cycling performance. The Team started with 18 members to now 800+ as of March 2021. The Team became known for organising the weekly group ride called the “HOUR OF POWER” every Wednesday, and ENDURANCE RIDES every Weekend! Team members also participated in different local amateur races and placed well in the competition. We also do regular mountain road biking and CHARITY rides via ULTRA Endurance rides.
